Procedure of performing rama nama sadhana:-
- Start this sadhana from shukla paksha ekadashi,poornima or sunday.
- One should get up during brahma muhurt and after having bath he should sit facing east direction on a kush aasan or yellow coloured aasan wearing yellow clothes.
- He must keep chowki in front of him and spread yellow cloth on it.
- Then he must keep a copper plate on it and rama darbar on it.
- Light pure ghee diya and few incense sticks.
- Worship ganesha,lord shiva-parvati,shri rama-sita and finally lord hanuman.
- Take sankalp for your desired wishes
- Chant this mantra 1000 malas within a fixed number of days or 51 mala daily for 21 days using tulsi mala.One can also chant using hand for counting if they dont have tulsi mala.The sankalp should be taken accordingly.
This completes rama nama sadhana.This sadhana is done to fulfill any particular wish.1 mala of this mantra takes 40-50 seconds hence 51 mala takes around 1 hour,therefore just by dedicating 1 hour one can get rid of his all sins and problems.If one is not able to do this specific sadhana one can simply chant rama nama daily.A jobless person would get job by chanting this mantra 11 mala daily for 41 days.If this mantra is chanted for 1 year he will get rid of all his problems and graha dosha no matter how strong it is and this mantra will give you raja yoga like lifestyle and everyone will be surprised to see your success.That person will get special grace of shri rama.You will develop auspicious aura around you and everyone will be attracted towards you and finally after death you will get supreme moksha.After one year chanting he must chant this mantra 1 mala daily in order to remain sin free for his whole life.Such is the power of ramma nama.So I recommend everyone to do this sadhana,since there are absolutely no restrictions for this mantra.For children to improve memory power and to get good marks in studies chanting 1 mala is enough.One need not chant any mantra or do any other sadhana as this will give anything a person asks for.
